How do I create an account?

After purchasing a plan, you'll receive an email with a magic link to create your account. Click the link in the email to get started.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the login page and click 'Request Magic Link'. You'll receive an email with a link to access your account. You can also set a password in your profile settings.

How do I upgrade from Basic to Premium?

Go to your Profile → Billing tab and click 'Upgrade to Premium'. You'll be redirected to Stripe checkout to complete the upgrade.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Currency selection is available during checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Since we offer lifetime access with a one-time payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support with your request.

How often do you release updates?

We release at least one update per week with new features, improvements, and bug fixes. All updates are included in your lifetime access.

Can I use MasterLearning offline?

MasterLearning is a web-based application that requires an internet connection. However, we're working on offline capabilities for future updates.

How do I export my data?

Premium users can export their decks and data from the dashboard. Go to your profile settings to access export options.
