MasterLearning is a learning platform that provides tools and features to help users learn, study, and master various subjects. The Service includes but is not limited to flashcards, spaced repetition, note-taking tools, productivity features, and community features.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payment and Subscription

4.1 Lifetime Plans

MasterLearning offers lifetime access plans with a one-time payment. By purchasing a plan, you receive lifetime access to the features included in your plan tier.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the lifetime nature of our plans, refunds may not be available after a certain period. Contact support for refund requests.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We commit to releasing at least one update per week. Lifetime access includes all future updates and improvements to your plan tier.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account deletion features. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.

9.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. We may also terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MasterLearning and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
